From an early age, Kevin recognized old cars and surfboards as functional art, seeing the romance behind their craftsmanship. THE HERSCHEL SUPPLY SPRING 2014 PACIFIC PRINT
VANCOUVER, March 4, 2014 – The craftsmanship of drawing by hand is at the core of the Herschel Supply Company. New for Spring 2014, the Pacific fish print is added to a growing body of hand illustrated work that is truly unique to Herschel Supply.
As a design driven company, no exceptions are made when it comes to developing prints for each new collection. Capturing the beauty of six Pacific Northwest fish through an all-over pattern application, the Pacific print evokes the abundance of spring.
Inspired by vintage fishing posters found inside local markets, the Herschel Supply design team translated the intricate drawings of fish into functional pieces of art. The Pacific print graces the exterior of the seven silhouettes including the Settlement, Little America, Sutton Mid, Novel, Market XL, Token and Anchor Sleeve.

VANCOUVER, February 4, 2014 – Herschel Supply’s new Kids collection features a progressive line of seasonal mash-up prints exclusively featured across three silhouettes.
Color-blocking and kid safe plastic zippers have been downsized, while maintaining the same fine regard for detail as the full size sillouettes. Available in Kids and slightly larger Youth bags, Herschel Supply’s Kids collection provides a fun choice in a small package.

VANCOUVER, February 19th, 2014 – Born out of a passion for experimentation, the Bad Hills Workshop is a creative space that is free from all rules and guidelines. Inspired by spring layering, the latest offering uses a fusion of materials each selected for their innovative aesthetic, comfort and functionality.
Acid wash denim works in striking contrast with fresh pastel pink, yellow and black main body compartments. Finishing details include thick, full grain brown saddle leather, Swiss Riri zippers, nylon seatbelt webbing and the introduction of dual density, EVA molded lycra to ensure the shape and comfort are retained in all backpack straps.
