Flying Trapeze Philippines, the first and only flying trapeze school open to the public in Metro Manila, is set to conquer the city’s skies once again at its grand re-launch this Friday, December 4, 2015 at its new location at Federacion Drive corner 9th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
FTP has kept its original structure that peaks at 32 feet and added a calisthenics bars area, turning its 700-square meter space into a concrete-and-steel playground where patrons and first-timers alike can swing, stretch and jump to improve fitness while having fun.
From 3 p.m. to 9 pm. at this Friday’s grand re-launch, guests can fly to their hearts’ content and test their flexibility on the new calisthenics bars while DJs provide entertainment. The men and women of FTP are on deck to put on a gravity-defying demonstration as well.
The sport of flying on the trapeze has long been proven to be a great fitness routine that tones all of the body’s muscles from head to your toe. It teaches students how to control their bodies and improves their reflexes, especially when making a catch in mid-air. These two aspects of the trapeze combine to provide students with a challenging workout in a fun and exciting environment
Flying Trapeze Philippines is open from Tuesday to Sunday with classes and open swings throughout the day. Discounts are in place for students.
