The brand’s second star product comes from their makeup collection. The Rouge Velvet Matte Lip Cream contains coconut oil, which moisturizes the lips, and vitamin E, which preserves moisture and keeps the texture of the lips soft throughout the day. There are 19 shades in the product line which are launching in the Philippines.
